the server start fine but when i trying to connect on irc
the server say: * Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)

What IP are you trying to connect to?

Is there a router or firewall blocking your connection? Make sure they allow incoming tcp on port 6667

listen block? firewall?
Try connecting from the shell account and use localhost?
