Longer Topic Msg

Hi guys,

Im running Unreal3.2 ver18 w/ anope 1.4.25 services on freebsd.

I was cuious how i could lengthen the topic size, or if its even possible.

First off, RC2 is out. Beta18 is 4 releases old. You should not be running it (unless you like that people can crash your server).

Secondly, you would have to change the TOPICLEN setting which is not recommended.
