Hello all
I have a strange problem.
After a while connected i get a error:
No buffer space available
and disconnect me and all other users.
Then when i am connected again, i get the notification:
*** Notice -- Maximum connections: 50 (50 clients)
and disconnect all users again including me...
Thats going on all the time.
We was thinking on a ddos attack, but there is no reason to ddos me and its going on for hours, there is no end.
It was working ok for months before and nothing changed on my computer.
BTW: its running on a windows computer.
Does any one knows whats the problem? and how to solve it?
[edit]
I did try this one: http://web.ircsystems.net/codemastr/bufspace.html
It did not solve the problem !!

Getting disconnected all the time...

Not all registry changes. You only need to restart if you make a change to the Windows wants to behave. This is, however, one of the changes that needs a restart.Moogey wrote:In order for registry changes to take effect, you must restart the computer. Also, it sounds like it could be memory-related, but I'm not sure
mm, I'd be tempted to say 'leave it out' - it's not something that helps like a blanket, and myself for example has no problem getting ~300 or more clients on a windows test server, so..

Well what Stealth had to say didn't exactly fix Idezo's problem either. I am simply suggesting while the opportunity exists, as it was, in fact, my opinion. Many ideas were contributed anyway.
The underlying point is that you probably will not be able to run Unreal on Windows with great expectations because Unreal for Windows hasn't made as great a statement as Unreal for *nix has because most IRC servers run on *nix (To be clear, this is not to say that Unreal for Windows has made a bad statement.)
I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. It's nothing bad. If you got bad out of this you misunderstood me
