List Of Default Modules in the module folder, and their uses

hi, was just wondering if i could get a description of the modules in the module folder, so i know wut they do
Each m_*.so is associated with a command.
To figure out what each does:
1. Remove the m_ from the beginning
2. Remove the .so from the end
3. Add / to the beginning
This is true for nearly all of them.
