I Get This Error's Please Help

*On Windows XP*

1. You can't use SSL if you don't download the SSL-Version.
   Solution A: Download and install the SSL Version
   Solution B: Remove the SSL Flag from your link and listen blocks
2. If you want to use different MOTD- and Rules-Files for your french users, you have to create them. Please read the documentation about TLD blocks to find out if you really need them:

   Solution A: Remove the TLD block
   Solution B: Create the required files
