install goes good but unreal wont start and logs empty

I installed 3.2.3-ssl
as service when windows starts
i'm not new to unreal been running it for years
it does not start and logs are empty

Dont run it as a service until you know it works . Uninstall and reinstall and check it . Make sure your config is ok .

ok did that ended up being the encrypted ssl cert
any way to tell the service the passphrase?
