Linking up a 3rd ssl ircd. How can i fix this.

Nevermind, it worked itself out. ///
It seems when a link comes back online say after a reboot,
we get that server exsists error still.
The way we get rid of this error is to Rehash our unrealircd.conf's
And then everything is back to normal.
Possible bug??

If I have
1 server in USA
1 server in Canada
1 Server in Netherlands
Should I set them to Eastern standard time, on the server clocks??
or should i let them just use there own timezone??
Will linked servers in different timezones de-sync more???
if not set to my timezone???

IRC Servers use GMT/UTC for their internal clock
