unrealircd.conf is a file that needs to be created. You should read the documentation.

Of course. After all, "localhost" IS a network address, which points back to your computer.

And UnrealIRCD can run on (almost) all computers. It should work even on dial-up, even though it's not reccommended. :P
Computers are machines that cause trouble you wouldn't normally have if you wouldn't have a computer.

No.

Use your imagination here - every computer CANNOT physically have the 'localhost' address. This is simply an impossibility, and would be a contradiction to the way the intarweb works. Every computer does have 'a' localhost address, which points back to 127.0.0.1 - which is THAT COMPUTER.

My computer has a localhost pointing to itself, so does yours, your grandmother's, your dog's, and your sisters.

[error] unrealircd.conf:310: link: bogus server name
[error] unrealircd.conf:524: tld::motd: ircd.motd.fr: No such file or directory
[error] unrealircd.conf:525: tld::rules: ircd.rules.fr: No such file or directory
[error] unrealircd.conf:722: set::kline-address must be an e-mail or an URL

What does dreamweaver have to do with this...

READ the error messages that are coming out, think what could solve them.
