Chanserv / Nickserv currently down

I get that message when i tried /chanserv and /nickserv
im hosting it on WinXP pro sp2.
I dont have any domain except no-ip.
How to solve it?

do you have the proper alias's include?

better: is set::services-server set properly, do you even HAVE services, or are they started ?

im using anope as service server but dont know how to use it :lol:

You need to go through the Readme Docs & FAQs for UnrealIRCd, and the Installation/Readme for Anope.
