I try to link and get this error ** LocOps -- ERROR :from irc.spirit.lt[193.219.42.40] -- Closing Link: [85.255.49.42] (Too many unknown connections from your IP) please help

Try to /close unknown connections on the other server.
If you don't make mistakes, you aren't really trying.
