GETPASS nickserv

hallo

have a lttle probem i hope somone can help me

when i tried to use GETPASS i get this error

[10:33] -> *nickserv* getpass nick
-
[10:33] -NickServ- GETPASS command unavailable because encryption is in use.
-

how do i disable this or is there cmd that net-admin can use to drop the nick please help me

Getpass doesnt work because the nickname's password is encrypted in the database. You (or who ever compiled services) compiled them to encrypt databases, so that if they are compromised, your passwords are still safe. Also, as a services root/admin, you should be able to just type /msg nickserv drop [nickname] to drop it.

I have another Question i have ew more but i take one at the time

You might want to include aliases Unreal3.2/aliases/<your services.conf>

or read up on the docs

Well, for one the first question should have been posted in the services forum, not the Unreal support forum

As for aliases, I dont actually use them myself.
