How to change channel name?

I want to change private channel name.How can i change channel name?
i want tot change #aaa to #bbb.Please help me.

YOu simply join the other channel name. If it is registered you can use /msg ChanServ drop #channel to drop it if you are the registered founder fo the channel.

Not. I mean,without dropped these channel.I want to know command for change channel name.If i'm services admin,can i it?i really don't know,how to change channel name.Please help me.

no, it's imposible, but you can link channels.

foreach user on #aaa -> /sajoin to #bbb, /sapart from #aaa.

To sum it up, diamond, you cannot physically change the channel name. You must create a new channel named #bbb and register it also.

If you want users from #aaa to join #bbb, simply do this in #aaa:

/mode #aaa +lL 1 #bbb

(+l limits the users allowed to 1, +L links the room to #bbb)

You must have 1 person in #aaa at all times for the link to remain.
