/nickserv instead of /msg nickserv

is there any way to make the services respond to /nickserv instead of /msg nickserv any help would be great

Firstly i think this is an UnrealIRCd issue.
Secondly you should also pay attention to this FAQ too:

Since if you dont set set::services-server to the correct value the aliases wont work anyway.
