Is it your IRCd or your network youre connecting to or someone elses?

If someone elses please take this up with them not us.

The kill is because you're a 'ghost', the other server (leaf, you said) does not know about you and encountered a message/whatever from you, it then sends back a kill (to get rid of this desynch).

Now, WHY you're a ghost, I don't know. It's odd :P

All same UnrealIRCd version? All 3.2.5?
Server times on all correct? Check /TSCTL ALLTIME

Nothing odd you're doing?

No modified ircd code, or strange modules loaded?
