(error num: 84)

Hello
OS: [Linux v31908 2.6.9-023stab043.1-smp #1 SMP Mon Mar 5 16:35:19 MSK 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux=2309
Used unrealicd32 version: 3.2.6 (2234)
unrealircd32 and the anope and neostats services runs on a irc.x.net server without any problems. But since yesterday the irc.x.de, linked to the irc.x.net, let crash the irc.x.net server (unrealircd with anope or neostats installed).
I've tested both irc server alone without anope or neostats. Both are synced without any problems, but now, if i start anope or neostats, some seconds later, irc.x.net with unrealircd and anope or neostats installed crashs/quits.
Error:
Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character (error num: 84)
It works years before and I've changed nothing. I'm really confused, because I can't find any problems in the config files etc.
Any ideas?
