Server Host ban transfer to another server.

I was wondering if there is a way to ban a host such like aol and when a user connects they get transfer to a certain server instead of just being banned from the server. if anyone has a idea feel free to respond

You mean you want to REDIRECT a user to another linked server if the user has a certain host?
Why that?
