protecting ircops / being unkickable / able to join any chan

Hi there,

is there a way to make ircops unkickable by users/other admins(ops) in channels ? And is it also possible to make an ircop join any channel regardless if it´s +i or secret or locked or has access lists etc ?

I dont know. I think there was some feature like that before, but i cant seem to find the flag/feature anymore.
I tried all kind of described snomasks but none fits what i want to do.

Any help is gladly apreciated.

Hello

1. IRCops may set mode +Q or set their superadmin on (with anope) to disable normal users (ops) to kick ircops.

2. For your second request you may use an Unrealircd Module as follows.

This is a module that enhances the /join, /cycle and /sajoin commands to provide extra abilities to IRCops having the can_override operflag. With it, IRC operators are allowed to to join +biklRz channels without the necessity of using /invite (at the same time eyes users [snomask +e] are notified about the OperOverrides), additionally, the /sajoin commands supports multiple channels and also sends OperOverride notices.

1. IRCops may set mode +Q or set their superadmin on (with anope) to disable normal users (ops) to kick ircops.

Just a correction, it's a lower case +q for user modes, +Q is only a channel mode.
