where is location of the file to cut off some bytes for clients when the wright on the channel

like if they send 300 bytes i wana cut that down

when they wright again and the mesage not to be show on the channel

i need the location of that file please

Modifying the source is not supported in any way.

You clearly don't know what you're doing when you modify the source if you don't know how to find a file with what you wish to modify, which tells us you definately don't have the skill needed to do it in the first place.
