IRCops kicking Admins

Hi there,
I was wondering if there was a way to stop IRCops from kicking Root Admins and other Admins, Sometimes they like to have a little joke with each other but i want to stop them from doing so if it is possible in anyway.

I have read through everything i can find but found nothing of any help =[
