modes on connect

hi friends, hey why modes-on-connect doesnt work with some users and some users yes works??
is there something to add in the line ?

If you did not restict them as well, they can unset them like any time they want.

no i dont say about unset or set, i said that if modes-on-connect is active with +wx it must set automatically all users that connect the server, but it doeasn`t set it... they still showing their IP address and cannot recive wallops.

Did you set modes-on-connect on ALL servers on the network?

Then unless the users are unsetting those modes themselves they are getting them on connect. Well either that or you didnt /rehash
