Segmentation error

I've got a problem :

Starting Unreal 3.2.7 (./unreal start) shows me a problem.

* Loading IRCd configuration ..

Possible error encountered (IRCd seemingly not started)

- it's original (russian)

So it's a segmentation error.. ? And what should i do with it?
