PM Disable

Post by TheDevil »

I want to disable PM's on all my servers to users and to stop them from re-enabling PMs.

I figured one way would be to load PrivDeaf and set mode D on connect.

However a user could guess this easy and take mode D of and PMs are enabled.

Is there a way to disbale PM's between no IRCOpers/Netadmins at all any other way?

Use: set::restrict-usermodes D

This restrict users to do /umode -D :)

(Assuming that you have +D on connect abled)

Got that sorted on all my servers thanks.

Also does any one know..

I downloaded PrivDeaf for windows from vulnscan.org and installed it fine.

Add the loadmodule bit into my config and it says the file cannot be found but its there.

Any one know what I can do to fix this?

Using Unreal 3.2.7

Check to be sure you have the proper drivers for the module. Search your computer for MSVCR71.dll and MSVCR71.dll. You need MSVCR70.dll to run Unreal, but the module may require MSVCR71.dll

Managed to fix the error now. I just get the message the module was 3.2.6 not 3.2.7 is there a PrivDeaf for Windows for 3.2.7 at all?
