Owner Status

On some server i was on, when someone oper'ed, They were given status "Network Owner" or something like that. whats the thing for that so i can add that to my oper?

If they are using UnrealIRCd it most probably will be an sWhois line in their oper block in the unrealircd.conf. Look here.

It will look as follows when you enter swhois "is Network Owner.";

Casper is a Network Administrator
Casper is available for help.
Casper is using a Secure Connection
Casper is Network Owner.
