So in your oper block where you have your email address, change it to what the server shows you as connecting from (not the masked address either), or *@* (not recommended)."userhost" in the oper block should be an ident@host mask that the server sees you as connecting from (see your /whois for your real host and real IP, and also your ident)
You can use *@* but it is safer to use *@<fullip> or *@<fullhost>
