No errors, yet wont start?

Post by Melkor »

Im trying to setup a hub on my net, the hub and IRCD are on the same dedicated server, so I bound the hub to connect to the IRCD on a specific IP and the IRCD to connect to the hub and vise versa, I dont fully hunderstand about the leaf *; stuff...because if I change it from hub *; it doesnt start and says 0 errors....thats weird. Also when I try to start up the hub... I get 0 errors yet it doenesnt start.... I got the lines correct because I had it online earlier today yet everything was a leaf...very interesting I must say :( and when I say it doesnt start I mean the process isnt in ps x or ps aux anywhere. This really sucks because I services instructed to connect to the hub :-/....well can some please explain to me how to do this with examples, or I can possibly give axx to login and set it up right fast.... please help!

Ummm, I dont have anything else running oh the server, just services and one IRCD. Services and The IRCD are bound to *.238 and *.236 and this is supposed to be bound to *.237

What seems to be the problem?

Your Listen Blocks seem to be wrong... check you have the IPs everywhere and not *
