Okay i run windows xp sp2
I don't know what program to use i used search for the same thing but I am new with these programs and so on .. So yeah can someone help thanks

You'll need a services package to get that working.

well i heard about ircservices.. will work.. so i been trying that but idk what i am doing.. LOl

There are many choices for services, and everyone has their own preference. Currently the most popular services are:
anope
atheme
ircservices
What you use should be based on what features best fit your network needs. You don't need to use any of the above services, as there are many other packages that work with Unreal out there. Wikipedia has an excellent comparison of all IRC services packages here
