Hi.

I have a question.

Look, when I type the command sdsd all the channels are showing but if some user create a channel called ##network## this channel is not showing. why?

Its your client, not UnrealIRCd.

Assuming you are on mIRC you need to, while in the 'LIST' view/window, uncheck 'Hide non-text channels'.
