[HELP] adding SSL to Unreal3.2.8-rc2 Windows Server 2008

Im currently running Unreal3.2.8-rc2 and im looking to install SSL to the ircd and am looking for help doing this.
I have the cert created but other than that i dont really know what to do.
I currently run off port +6667 i know that i have to change from this port but other than that im pretty much clueless!
Incase you dont relise i need alot of help so any help would be much appreciated!!
