How can i add a bot to unrealircd?

Hi i would like to add a ordionary bot to unrealircd which can keep my channel alive when nobody is online. If the bot can do something cool then that would be a bonus. If the bot cannot do anything then i would like to make it hidden.

You would need a services package such as Anope IRC Services

Actually, Anope is neither an ordinary bot nor will it keep channels open without modular help. If you just one channel open and don't need a full services package, which is what Anope is, just use a client bot like Eggdrop for example.
