Temporarily disable a link?

Post by Callum_UK »

Whenever a server disconnects from the network for a period of time, I get spammed from my local server, like the following;

Code: Select all

-apollo.irc.sanlrpg.net- *** Notice -- Connection to gamma.irc.sanlrpg.net[**.**.***.***] activated.
-
-apollo.irc.sanlrpg.net- *** Notice -- No response from gamma.irc.sanlrpg.net[**.**.***.***], closing link
-
Is there any way to temporarily disable the link, and then activate it when I know the server is avalible again?

If your IRC services package supports it look for a "jupe" command in OperServ.
