Error

Okay, so I have made my own mini site using XAMPP, which me and my friends can visit, I have tested. I went to a conf generator and entered things correctly I think. (The thing I am not sure about is does my XAMPP IP address where people can view my site go into both IP address and servername or what?)

But whenever I open Unreal, it says this

This is one of the big reasons why you shouldn't use a config generator, because you end up NOT reading the IMPORTANT information contained in example.conf and thus tend to not know how to fix errors such as this one. Now given the error you got I am going to assume you're running Unreal on windows, and given that, the error you have gotten is caused purely by NOT reading example.conf, as example.conf details which loadmodule lines you should use.
