I have a small question. Do not tell me you do me, why, when I create a file ircd.motd, the information is read from it with the date "1/1/1970 4:00"?

WinXP. Date appears correctly only in the *nix OS?

You should report the bug, but it looks like from the time stamp you are seeing that it is because it is looking for the unix time stamps and its not getting that returned.
