SSL clients lag bad and timeout

Only the clients connected via SSL are lagging and timing out. I tried creating another SSL connect port but the same issue happens on both ports. I loaded up a non-SSL client and it doesn't lag at all.There are no issues with the CPU keeping up either. I'm not sure where to look next.

This problem happens randomly but is fairly continuous until restarting the IRCD (which is not an optimal fix).

IRCD: Unreal v3.2.9
OS: FreeBSD 9.0-STABLE

Update: restarting IRCD no longer fixes issue. Not sure what's going on now.

Could you post this on the bug tracker at bugs.unrealircd.org?
If possible, mention the server IP there, so we can test ourselves.
You optionally report the bug as 'private' if you want only staff to be able to see it.
