I, and everyone else on the server are getting these errors whenever they try to send PMs to one another, or use any ctcp commands on users.


Let's say User1 tries to message user2. User one receives:

User2 :Message target change too fast. Please wait 1613415575 seconds



Any idea what could cause this?

Can you show us the result of /tsctl alltime please?
