Windows Select Errors

If there is anyone here who has problems with Windows and Select Errors, (too many select errors) could you please paste any error messages that appear in your ircd.log?

In that case, the problem has nothing to do with Unreal and is instead a problem of your system running out of resources.

No, my resources are just fine:>...
0.5 GBddram are enough , so 2.4GHZ...
Anyway, maybe are some conflicts with the other software...

That's memory, memory is one out of several hundreds of resources. The particular resource problem here is TCP buffer space.
