After a netsplit, servers desync

Whenever one of our servers connection gets reset (excluding services) this happens. The TSOffset is 0.

It will continue until I restart the server that is killing the users, which was in this case, Ice.SnowIRC.us.to. The server that is doing the killing varies depending upon which one's connection was reset.

Please help, we have no idea how to fix this...

Could you report this on http://bugs.unrealircd.org/ ?
That is, provided the following two conditions are met:
1) You are using the latest version (3.2.9)
2) You didn't make any source modifications

In your report, you can copy-paste the text you wrote here, and if you have any new information (has been a month now) please add it as well.

Also, be sure to mention if you use any 3rd party modules (any modules other than cloak & commands), your platform, etc.

In general, if you need support: use the forums, if you suspect a bug: use the bug tracker. I realize.. sometimes it isn't always clear.
