ip connecting problems

Hi
i run unrealircd with anope and znc.....
problem is i have bnc going om my internal ip 127.0.0.1 and if im out of home then i can´t connect caus its not my out going ip like 2.111.111.15 how should i do it so that when im out then i can connect to my bnc?
