Connecting with dyndns failed

i have some nice problem. I got a dyndns from no-ip and changed my Listen and Line confing to
If I connect to my localhost its all perfect.

but evry time i want to connect my server said: Connection time out.########### Client Ports##################
#listen 85.214.123.23:6677 { options { ssl; clientsonly; }; };
listen eslan.no-ip.biz:6660 { options { clientsonly; }; };
If I connect to my localhost its all perfect.
Can someone help me please?
