i used unreal and i can not change my nick name in arabic chr

did unreal support arabic nickname by any case? like arabchat server

I will be very grateful to you if you learn me the way of write the code , which file included
and specify which charsets/languages must be chosen to support the Arabic language

You can't without altering the source, which will void your support and no one here will show you how. It is assumed that if you alter the source, you know what you are doing.

The other option is to create the character set you wish to use as the others are and if you choose to share, you may.

Use one of the other character sets as a working example. You will need to search the source to find the correct files.

But how can I add my Arabic Language to other Language?
What commands have to write and where have to add in this file?

I also said no one will help you edit your source. It is assumed that if you wish to modify your copy of Unreal that you know what you are doing, this includes knowing "how to find", "how to add" and "to what file".
