make an alias of kind "!command'

Hi all,

I am new in UnrealIRcd.

I installed latest version 3.2 with anope 1.8.8 with eggdrop to get oper status on channel when I need.
No problem, thanks for the very good server.

One of my user is a old irc user and h usually used "!op" alias to get oper status.
I read "aliases block" documentation to create an alias which redirect to "/msg eggdrop OP 'pass' '#channel'"
But, I don't found how create a exclamation point command to make a "!op" alias.

Do you know how do it ?

Those are done by services, not the ircd.
