How do I stop +R on oper

Hi,
Using Unreal3.2.10.2 I see "Paladinz sets mode: +ANRaghiorstwx" when I oper, I am unable to find any setting for this.
I would like to stop it setting +R. Can anyone tell me where these are located?

To stop +R on OPER take R out of set::modes-on-oper or "modes" in the oper block. Whichever it is in. If it is in neither and you have no modules that do it, seek support for your IRC client.

Thanks for the reply but there is no "set::modes-on-oper" nor any "modes" in the oper block and modes-on-oper is set as "modes-on-oper "+xwgs";" and no modules do it.
In a virgin irc client (mIRC) I see
[14:37] -NickServ- Password accepted - you are now recognized.
[14:37] * OperServ sets mode: +hrR"
The Anope people say its not Anope related.
Any further suggestions?

It seems the Anope people were wrong, the anope nickserv conf file has modesonid = "+R", problem solved.

The "Anope people" are usually quick to blame the IRCd. Glad you found the cause of your issue anyway!
