Channel spy

Hello,

Is it possible, as an IRCop, to join a channel in such a way that other users in the channel don't see you presence in any way, like no MODE changes, no JOIN, no PART and absence in NAMES, WHO and WHOIS queries?

No you can not do this. And ..'s spy module does not do this, and he doesn't even want his spy module distributed anymore.

We will not help you spy on people, it's unethical, and in many countries, illegal.
