okay, i got them linked just fine....but i got this

Sounds like it could be a uline not set right.

I gave up with Magick. Was extremely unstable and delinked at least once a day.

Their 'anti-flood' noticing mechanism also slows down the services a bit... Other services reply at once without the mechanism and it's all good.

I use magick and it isnt unstable at all . Check you have the server ulined correctly as it is the ircd thats attempting to change modes on chanserv when its not in the channel .

you could be right, and appreciate your help alot, but i switched to adope, i had no problems at all with it so far ^.^ im really enjoying it.
