Couldn't open "/root/unrealircd/conf/operclass2.default.conf": No such file or directory

Hello, i got this error when i try to start my unreal...in unrealircd.conf never see operclass2 to be defined, just operclass. What's wrong there ?

now i need that : Failed to load SSL certificate /root/unrealircd/conf/ssl/server.cert.pem

in your source directory "unrealircd-4.0.10" Run the following.
make pem
(Fill out all of the information)
make install
But I urge you to not install UnrealIRCD as root. YOu should create a shell account and install it their.
