Server with TLS, done but problems with connecting it

Hello Unreal,
So far so good, i have make my server with you..
But now is the problem, my mom cannot my irc server on the TLS,
What can i do in my unrealircd.conf so that my mom also can take her o-line as well?
Please let me know
