Unable to join channel after inviting myself using OperOverride

Hi,
I just installed unrealircd 4.0.0-rc4 and I configured my nick to be an oper with the default oper class 'netadmin-with-override'.
I have created a channel (#channel) that is invite only (+i) and secret (+s).
I'm able to use the command //invite $me #channel. I do receive a notice $me (user@host) invites you to join #channel. In the ircd.log, I do see the override log line [Sat Dec 5 02:37:50 2015] - OVERRIDE: $me (user@host) invited him/herself into #channel (Overriding Invite Only). But then, when I try to join the #channel using /join #channel, nothing happens and I'm unable to join the channel. Note that using /sajoin $me #channel does work. I read the doc a couple of times and I can't find what I'm missing.
Could you please help me finding what I'm doing wrong, or any other config that I should check?
