Hey guys, i just joined and glad to be here.

A friend and myself have recently set up an IRC server, its all set up and stable etc.
I have 2 questions...

1: As an IRCop, is there anyway i can Admin myself on channels other people create?
I have tried /mode #channel +q Nick But i get a msg telling me i cant use that command as im not a channel op.

Is there anyway of doing this being IRCop?

2: We recently had some idiots flood attacking the server and on all channels. Is there anyway to set +m (or any modes) on all channels from one command?

You can use blacklist, see https://www.unrealircd.org/docs/Blacklist_block

Regarding question 1: Have a look at OperOverride. I've updated the text a bit since it was missing the actual (simple) steps to enable it.
