Disable nickname prefixes (in channel)

Hello guys,
I was wondering, if it is possible to disable the Owner/Admin PRE-Fixes (in channel)
Now I have:
[ ] - User
[+] - Voiced
[@] - Operator
[&] - Admin
[~] - Owner
I would like to have only:
[ ] - User
[+] - Voiced
[@] - Operator
I know this is possible, when compiling the server under Linux, but currently I am looking for a way to disable this functionality under Windows
