Hello.. i have a problem in my UnrealIRCd 3.2.10.4

The normal user's can use HelpOp commands and msg in status to see everyone..

-Irc.Server.Com- *** HelpOp -- from Besche (Local): your text

how can i deactivate this command?? i disabled and include "help.conf"; but work again....

In UnrealIRCd 4 this "feature" has been removed because it was rather useless and (indeed) annoying.
