UnrealIRCd already has lots of documentation about configuration, user modes, channel modes and an excellent FAQ.
However, it seemed to be lacking information about how to do everyday IRCOp tasks. Especially for people who are new to running an IRC server these are important things to learn. The new guide is available here: IRCOp guide.
It tells you how to kill and ban users, how to gather information about users and channels, how to take control of channels, a word about services and linking, information on how to fight spam and drones, ..
